01 — Prep your hair
Start with clean, completely dry and detangled hair. Brush through your hair to remove any knots and apply your preferred heat protectant.
02 — Power on
Plug in your SKNÉRA AutoCurl™ and switch it on. Select your preferred temperature and allow the tool to heat up fully before styling.
03 — Section your hair
Divide your hair into manageable sections. For the best results, work with small sections of hair at a time.
04 — Place your hair
Take one section and position the ends near the curling chamber. Allow the hair to sit naturally inside the opening — there's no need to manually wrap it around the barrel.
05 — Let AutoCurl™ do the work
Hold the curler steadily and allow the automatic mechanism to draw the hair into the curling chamber. Keep the tool in position while the curl forms.
06 — Release
Once the curl has formed, gently move the curler away from your hair to release the curl. Don't pull or tug on the hair.
07 — Repeat
Continue section by section until you've styled your whole head. For a more natural finish, alternate your curl direction on different sections.
08 — Finish your look
Allow your curls to cool before gently separating them with your fingers. Finish with your favourite styling product if desired.

Pro Tip
For softer, more relaxed waves, use slightly larger sections and gently brush through your curls once they've completely cooled. For more defined curls, work with smaller sections.
